Lucas turns 1 !!

Little baby Lucas wanted to celebrate his birthday with us at the Touch of Grace Photography Studio.  His mom brought him by for his photoshoot.  First we started with a nice dark background and some colorful clothes.  He was wonderful!  He really enjoyed his birthday cake too!

Colby and Scottie's Engagement - Piedmont Park, Atlanta GA

Colby and Scottie are getting married at Hilton Head later this summer, but we traveled down to Atlanta GA to shoot their engagement session in Piedmont Park.  They got engaged in Piedmont Park and wanted to make their shoot even more meaningful by allowing us to photograph them all over the park.  This park is HUGE!  As we began the shoot, we started to realize how bit the Dogwood Festival going on at the same time was. 

Colby and Scottie gave us the grand tour of the park.  We shot in several locations and enjoyed the wonderful weather. They were wonderful and we all had fun as we got great shots of this loving couple...

We had a great time shooting this wedding at the Gassaway Mansion today. It is always a pleasure shooting weddings there. We shot this wedding with Mike & Tammy from Unforgettable Wedding Vidography. They do amazing work!

I loved it when the Clemson University Tiger came out with the bride and groom!  What a great time!!

This was the first time working with Leanne from Events By Lady Lee. She did an amazing job planning the wedding as well as executing those plans today.

Holly's Cakes was the wedding cake vendor. And as usual, her cake was amazing. The icing was perfect. I cannot think of another way to put it but pure confection perfection.

The menu provided by the Gassaway tonight was fantastic. Pork tenderloin, Shrimp and fruit.

Family Easter Photos

One of our brides came back to us for some wonderful Easter photos.  We brought out our in studio rabbits, Roger and Buggs for the family session along the banks of the Reedy River.  It was hard to get the little ones to give back these cute bunnies once they snuggled up to them...

Tiffany and Richard at Oconee Station Falls

Tiffany and Richard wanted to have their engagement session someplace out of the ordinary.  We have been dying to do a photoshoot at Oconee Station Falls ever since we found it last fall.  It is so easy to get to.  No hike, just a bit of a walk from the road in Oconee County.  Tiffany and Richard really enjoyed the waterfall, beautiful forest and beaver pond.  They really enjoyed each other, the views and occasionally remembered we were there for some photos too!

We all enjoyed our time there and wrapped up the shoot just as the sky fell.  Perfect timing!

Amanda wanted a mountain photoshoot at the Cliffs at Glassy Mountain Chapel.  What a beautiful day!   Amanda was quite a trooper.  She braved the cold and wind to give us a beautiful mountain top photo session that she will remember for a lifetime.
